Helping clients achieve their personal goals has been Ryan’s professional strength for the past two decades. As the owner of an elite athlete development company, he helped train athletes with a myriad of aspirations- from World medalists to Olympians. A seasoned coach, Ryan’s focused leadership style and clear focus make him an exceptional fit for the real estate profession. He strongly values his faith, health and family, giving him the drive and energy to help clients with the purchase or sale of their home, no matter what the complexity.  His clients receive steadfast guidance along their real estate journey and benefit greatly from his experience working as a unified team.

Spending his youth in hockey rinks and at ball diamonds, Ryan translated his love of sports and leadership into a degree from Queen’s University in Physical Health and Education. After coaching and competing nationally, Ryan spent 18 years as an Athlete Preparation Coach before embarking on a career in real estate.

In addition to helping clients fulfill their real estate aspirations, Ryan maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys reading about health, business and leadership. He lives with his wife Andrea and two beautiful daughters in Midland, proudly serving the community where he was born and raised.

WHO HAS BEEN YOUR GREATEST INFLUENCE?

My father- for his unmatched work ethic and high professional standards, and because he always left everyone smiling. I also enjoy studying various leaders from Darren Hardy and John Maxwell to Anthony Robbins and Denis Waitley.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE QUOTE OR VERSE?

“Don’t wish it was easier, wish you were better. Don’t wish for less problems, wish for more skills. Don’t wish for less challenges, wish for more wisdom.” -Jim Rohn

WHAT’S YOUR IDEAL MORNING?

Walking outside, taking a deep breath and saying thank you for the many gifts I have been given. Then read, work out, eat, shower, stretch, and sell real estate!

WHO OR WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

The work of innovators and leaders. I have endless respect for those who make it their business to trail blaze.

WHAT’S THE MOST CHALLENGING THING YOU’VE EVER DONE?

I’ve attended multiple 5-day coaching boot camps with Kings Sports International. Each time I went I had minimal sleep and endured challenges targeting my thoughts, habits, beliefs and influences. I was always way outside of my comfort zone, but learned that is the best place to grow.
