Thomas’ core values are based on trustworthiness, hard work, and diligence. He goes the extra mile with clients, motivated to provide exceptional service and the utmost care. His diverse background ranges from sales and fundraising to physical labour and installations. His experience in client care, excavating, waterproofing, sewer/water, septic, pools, and heating A/C serve his clients exponentially when looking to buy or sell. Thomas has completed various real estate specialization programs, notably: Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist CLHMS designation, Senior Real Estate Specialist  (SRES), and Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNE). Thomas is very perceptive in accessing the wants and needs of clients and enthusiastically looks forward to helping them accomplish their goals.
Thomas grew up on a fourth-generation family farm with eight siblings. Living in the Barrie area all his life, Thomas has played on local hockey teams since early childhood including Innisfil Rep, Barrie AAA and the Alliston Hornets, winning championships along the way. He has been involved in the community throughout the years and knows the area very well. Thomas is happily married to his wife Melanie and they have two adorable children. He loves being outdoors, going for hikes with his family and spending Sunday mornings together at their local church.

WHO OR WHAT INSPIRES YOU MOST?

Thinking about my family. I am inspired by the idea that my success will improve their lives. The biggest influence in my life has been Jesus Christ.

WHAT’S YOUR IDEAL MORNING ROUTINE?

Wake up at 5:30, read for about half an hour and make breakfast for my wife.  Then head to the gym to start my day at the office by 8:30.

WHAT’S AN EXPERIENCE THAT MADE YOU STRONGER?

Becoming a father and husband.  When I was married and my daughter was born, decisions I made no longer only affected myself. I am stronger because I think about my family now with every decision I make.
