Weekly Market Update April 1-7

Faris Team CEO and Broker, Mark Faris, says that the first week of April saw a dip in new listings and homes sold across all markets. It’s not uncommon for those stats to decline hand-in-hand, as buyers may be waiting for more inventory to become available.

List-to-sale price ratios are up well over 100%, which means that sellers who are coming on the market this spring are getting well over their asking price.
