Weekly Market Update March 8-15

Faris Team CEO and Broker, Mark Faris, says that March continues to bring a healthy supply of new listings to meet buyer demand. Orillia and area saw 82 homes hit the market, which is more than double what was added mid February.

Sellers can expect their homes to sit an average of just 11-13 days on the market and sell for close to 110% of asking price.

• New listings:⬆︎28%
