Although we provide the Home Listing Alert (automated email) that you often see in the real estate industry, our VIP program takes things to a whole new level. The Faris Team sells the most homes in our serving area by far. We sold 987 homes in 2017 alone! This means that we have one of the largest inventories of homes. As these homes are getting ready for the market they are listed exclusively with The Faris Team. At this point the properties are not on the mls system, not advertised to the public at all, and only our clients are able to purchase them. All of these upcoming properties for sale are uploaded to the VIP section of our website.
